Policies
To help make everyone’s stay enjoyable and safe, we require all guests to observe the following:
Check-in time is after 3 PM.
Check-out time is before 11 AM.
- If you desire an early check-in or late check-out, there is a $10 an hour fee.
- Subject to availability - call 931-981-9997.
Cancellation policy:
- Standard Rate: Guests may cancel up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund (minus a 15% cancellation fee to cover processing and reservation hold costs). Cancellations between 7 and 29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
- For Standard Rate purchases, cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable, as preparations for your stay will already be finalized.
- If you purchased a Refundable Rate, you may cancel up to one day before check-in for a refund, minus a 15% cancellation fee to cover processing and reservation hold costs.
- If you purchased travel protection and need to cancel, please file a claim using the link in your confirmation email.
Speed Limit:
- 15 mph inside the campground respectively.
Quiet Time:
- 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
ATV Washing:
- No washing ATV's except at designated ATV wash area.
Campsite Fires:
- Permitted inside designated fire rings only (all fires must be attended).
- Firepits are not to be moved from their location.
Parking:
- There is a two-car limit per cabin.
- Please park in designated parking areas and keep off the grass.
Pets:
- Must remain on leashes, and you must clean up after them.
Smoking:
- No Smoking in the cabins (this includes e-cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana).
- Smoking in the cabins will result in a $100 fine.
RV Site Check-Out:
- Before leaving, please pick up your litter (including cigarette butts) and reinstall sewer caps and brass backflow valves from spigots.
- Failure to do so will result in us charging you $10 cleanup fees, $10 for sewer caps, and $20 for backflow valves as applicable.
Trash Dumpster:
- Please be sure to LATCH the dumpster lid when throwing away trash.
- THE BEARS WILL GET INTO THE DUMPSTER IF YOU DON'T.
No Night Riding per State Forest rules.
Emergency Phone and Fire Extinguisher located outside the office. Fire extinguishers also located inside every cabin.

Management is not responsible for and assumes no liability in the event of loss due to fire, accident, theft or any loss, whether it may be injury or loss of property. This campground is not affiliated with Pickett State Forest or any governmental agency and is not responsible for the upkeep or access to any of the State Forest trails. For information and updates on the trails, please contact the Tennessee Dept of Agriculture (TDA) Forestry Division.
