Package 1: Half-Day Gathering & Cabin Access

  • Perfect For: Micro-weddings, vow renewals, Birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, smaller family reunions, or daytime group meet-ups seeking a private hub.

  • Includes:

    • 6-Hour Event Access (10 AM - 4 PM Central Time): Use of designated event space in front and back of the Big Cabin.

    • Big Cabin Amenity Access (Noon - 2 PM Central Time): Exclusive use of the Big Cabin's main living areas, full kitchen, and bathroom for prep, lounging, or a brief gathering during this two-hour window.

    • Access to clean, private on-site restrooms.

    • Ample on-site parking for guests.

  • Price: $600 (+ taxes, big cabin cleaning fee, and 5% admin fee)

  • Booking & Deposit: Contact us to check availability. A $250 refundable damage deposit and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your reservation.

Package 2: Full-Day Celebration with Overnight Stay

  • Perfect For: Events where you want to extend the celebration into the evening, providing convenient overnight lodging for hosts or key guests. Ideal for weddings, extended family gatherings, or intimate celebrations.

  • Includes:

    • Full Day Event Access (Setup from 10 AM Central Time): Use of event space in front and back of the Big Cabin.

    • 1-Night Reservation for the Big Cabin: Available for free early check-in at 2 PM Central Time (normally 4 PM) on event day, with check-out and clean-up by 10 AM Central Time the following day (late checkout available).

    • 1-Night Reservation for Five Full-Hookup RV Sites: Included for additional parking, activities, or guest accommodations.

    • Access to clean, private on-site restrooms.

  • Price: $1,200 (+ taxes, big cabin cleaning fee, and 5% admin fee)

  • Booking & Deposit: Contact us to check availability. A $500 refundable damage deposit and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your reservation.

  • Additional Accommodations: Smaller cabins and more RV sites are available for guest accommodations at standard rates, subject to availability.

Package 3: Exclusive Campground Buyout (Private Event)

  • Perfect For: The ultimate private celebration, guaranteeing seclusion for weddings, larger family reunions, significant anniversaries, or exclusive group retreats.

  • Includes:

    • Full Day Event Access (Setup from 10 AM Central Time): Dedicated use of event space in front and back of the Big Cabin.

    • Exclusive Use of the Campground's Accommodations:

      • The Big Cabin (with master bedroom, full kitchen, and bathroom).

      • Five Cozy Small Cabins (each with kitchenette and bathroom).

      • Nine Full-Hookup RV Sites (for guests or activities).

    • Big Cabin available for early check-in at 2 PM Central Time (small cabins at 4 PM Central Time), with check-out and clean-up by 10 AM Central Time the following day.

    • Available late checkout for Big Cabin up to noon Central Time (subject to availability): Enjoy a relaxed morning after your wedding day.

    • Enjoy the privacy of the entire campground.

    • Access to clean, private on-site restrooms.

  • Price: $2,400 for the first day + $1,500 for each additional day ​​(+ taxes, cabin cleaning fees, and 5% admin fee)

  • Booking & Deposit: Contact us for custom quotes and availability. A $1,000 refundable damage deposit and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your reservation.

Important Note: Prices are for venue rental and specified accommodations only. They don't include catering, decor, or entertainment. Maximum guest counts for day-use portions are approximate and subject to your specific event needs.

Common Questions for Your Event (FAQs)

What are your capacity limits for events?

  • Our campground can accommodate up to 100 guests. Our recommendations are as follows: Package 1 (Half-Day Gathering) is ideal for up to 50 guests, Package 2 (Full-Day Celebration) for up to 80 guests, and Package 3 (Exclusive Campground Buyout) for larger gatherings of up to 100 guests.

What are your standard event rental hours?

  • Our half-day event rental hours typically run from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time. Overnight packages include access to the cabin/RV site, with setup available as early as 10 AM and cabin check-ins starting as early as 2 PM. Refer to your package for details. Late check-outs are also available.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

  • Yes, you're welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcohol consumption is permitted responsibly for private events.

Do you provide catering or equipment?

  • We primarily offer venue and accommodation packages. However, we do have partners who can offer a range of services, including caterers, decorators, officiants, photographers, and hair and makeup artists. Just let us know what you need, and we will do our best to find it!

What is your cancellation policy for events?

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Guests may cancel their reservation without penalty within 24 hours of the booking time for a full refund of their deposit. After this 24-hour window, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable.

  • Full payment is due at least 30 days before your event date and becomes non-refundable within 7 days of your event date.

  • In the event of a cancellation, the entire security or damage deposit will be refunded.

What happens if it rains?

  • Our cabins offer covered shelter. For an outdoor ceremony or event, we recommend that guests procure or rent an appropriately sized tent for inclement weather.

Are pets allowed at events?

  • Well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome, and owners are required to clean up after their pets. Pets are only permitted in Cabins 4, 5, and 6 (Papa Bear Cabin). No pets in cabins 1, 2, and 3.

Is an officiant provided for weddings/vow renewals?

  • No, you'll need to arrange for your own officiant. We're happy to provide local recommendations.

What about music at events?

  • Music is welcome at the venue and within your designated rental space. We kindly request that you maintain a respectful volume level, considering the needs of other campground guests and our natural environment.

What local attractions are nearby for our guests?

  • We're the closest campground to Pickett State Forest's off-roading and horseback trails. Guests can also enjoy hiking, boating, swimming, fishing, and stargazing in Pickett CCC Memorial State Park, Pogue Creek Canyon, and Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area.
