 BHM CAMPGROUND RULES 
To help make everyone’s stay enjoyable and safe,

we require all guests observe the following:

-Speed Limit 15 mph inside the campground.

-No riding around on the campground.

(Ride to trail and back to camp only)

-Quiet time is from 11:00pm to 8:00am.

-No illegal, lewd, or aggressive behavior.

(We are a family-friendly campground)

-Absolutely NO washing of Vehicles permitted at RV sites or cabins.

(Token-operated ATV wash is available on-site)

-Campsite fires are permitted inside designated places only.
(All fires must be attended and extinguished when not attended)
-Pets must remain on a leash and you must clean up after your pets.
(NO PETS IN CABINS 1, 2, and 3) You will be charged for any damage you or your pet does to the cabins/bathhouse or property.
-No Firearm use on the campground.

-No Smoking inside Cabins or bathrooms (doing so will result in a $100 fine being charged to you).

-No Night Riding (per State Forest rules).​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Cancellation Policy

 

Refundable Rates: Guests may cancel up to one day before check-in for a refund, minus a 15% cancellation fee to cover processing and reservation hold costs.

 

Standard Rates: Guests may cancel up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund (minus a 15% cancellation fee to cover processing and reservation hold costs).

 

Cancellations between 7 and 29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.

 

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival with a standard rate purchase are non-refundable, as preparations for your stay will already be finalized.

 

If you purchased travel protection and need to cancel, please file a claim using the link in your confirmation email.

Management is not responsible for and assumes no liability in the event of loss due to fire, accident, theft or any loss, whether it may be injury or loss of property.

 

Please note that we are not affiliated with Pickett State Forest or any governmental agency and are not responsible for the upkeep or access to any of the Tennessee State Forest trails. For more information on the trails, please contact the Tennessee Dept of Agriculture (TDA) Forestry Division.
