Includes private bedroom, lofts, living and dining room area with heating and air conditioning, a 65-inch TV, full kitchen with dishes, sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The private bedroom has 2 full beds and a half bath. The upstairs open loft has 1 full bed and 1 twin bed), and a ladder accessible (age 12 and up only) small loft with 1 full bed. One full bath in the living area with a jacuzzi tub, a private large deck off the back, a charcoal grill, a picnic table, and a fire pit.

Includes 4 people. Tent camping is allowed on the gravel only. Additional guests, 12yrs and up, add $5 per night per guest.
RV sites are back-in, gravel, level, 60-100 feet deep & 25-34 feet wide, 30/50 amp with full hookups including sewer, picnic table and grill. Big Rig access. Individual site dimensions in the link below.

Cabin and RV site daily rates are with a 2-night minimum.
For Memorial day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and New Year, a 3-night minimum stay is required.
Single-night reservations or day parking on RV sites are subject to availability for weekdays and off-season (Winter) only, call 931-981-9997.
Currently, there is no fee to ride on the Pickett State Forest trails near our campground.
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations can be made up to 30 days before the check-in date with a full refund. If a cancellation is made between 7 and 29 days before your check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of reservation will not receive a refund or credit.
